FURTHER FEES:

The above fees are valid for Pisa and its province (Volterra, Calci, etc). For guided tours in other provinces the fees appllied will be the official ones of the chosen destination, which could be slightly different.

For "Meet&Greet" services, accompanying of groups as tour leader, and services as hostess in meetings/congresses, fees will be agreed each time according to requested timetables and destinations.

In return  you will receive a regular invoice.

Guided tours are exempt from VAT according to art. 10 D.P.R. 633/1972, but a stamp duty of € 2,00 is due on all invoices without VAT exceeding € 77,47.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND MORE:

No shows and services cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour agreed time are not refundable and will be charged. In case of delay the guests are requested to inform the guide, otherwise the guide will wait maximum 1 hour and then will go away, and the service will be charged anyway. If the guests are late, the tour will be made in the remaining time left.
